Alpha Mimic Ground Signals

4x 2-wire BR Ground Signal (Diesel Era) – A pack of 4 x 3-lamp plug and play signals in 4mm scale (OO), without control board.

The DCD-GS-BR.4 is the classic 3-lamp ground signal. It was first introduced in the mid 1930’s and spread far and wide. Most are still in use today. This makes it a great choice for layouts of many prototypes and periods.

This variant uses “whiter” LEDs to reproduce the effect of more recent installations of these signals, with cleaner Lenses or using LEDs rather than incandescent bulbs.

We now include a set of simple, easy to use mounting adapters with every pack of ground signals: This makes installation extremely easy – Just decide where you will install the signal, drill a 14mm (9/16″) hole in the baseboard, install the adapter and then insert the signal.

The signal base matches our new adapter perfectly, so the installation is now complete. All you need do now is connect the signal then paint, weather & Ballast the area as desired.

Use these signals as an add-on for Alpha Mimic control signal systems OR use independently if you wish. Please note: If used with power sources other than an Alpha Mimic control board, resistors MUST be added – a selection of resistor values are INCLUDED with this 4-pack. Note: Failures because of incorrect connection are not covered by warranty.
